New Fast Track Office Tenant Improvement Program

Effective October 28, 2021, the City of Los Angeles Department of Building and Safety (LADBS) has launched a new Fast Track Office Tenant Improvement Program via its electronic plan review system known as ePlanLA .

Los Angeles Department of Building and Safety has transitioned to its new, improved interactive map application, Atlas.

Atlas replaces the LADBS Building Information Online (BIO) system, which will be discontinued by September 15, 2024. To access Atlas, visit the LADBS website at: https://ladbs.org/atlas/
